Oh gosh, you guys! I have big news! :D :D :D So Ive been sitting on this for MONTHS now, but there was some confusion on release dates and I wasnt sure when I could share the news, but.... yours truly was featured in the February issue of Latina magazine!!! Its my very first national print feature and I couldnt be more proud to have had the opportunity to show off a different side of me. Celebrating my Latina roots through food is a big passion of mine, so it was great to do something different than whats usually on the blog. The menu I created is for a fun Girls Night In, including a tasty new flatbread pizza, a fun twist on nachos, and a fruity spiked punch. (Guys, dont worry... youll dig these recipes, too.) For some reason its been impossible to find print versions here in the general Sacramento area, so I wasnt sure it was even out; sorry about the short notice! I think you still have a couple weeks to pick it up, though.
