Oh here I go: Some people have questioned my participation in the recent conversation and debate on the whole Carmen Carrera an RuPaul matter. How could I be so silent on the issue? How could I not support my #heather, my friend? How could I? I will tell you how. I didnt participate because I dont feel the need to participate in a heated discussion of politics and random rants thru air and space. My conversations with Carmen are private ones of intimate friendship. Solid, face to face, with feeling, she has literally wiped actual tears from my eyes, and talked me off many ledges. Just typing this now on my iPhone, brings tears to my eyes. I will never abandon my friendship to her, you can say what you want and put in your own #useless comment that I wont read, about her. I love Carmen because she is a rainbow to me. She makes me laugh and look at myself as the overly emotional, restless artist, a rainbow is light and color, that is my Carmen. I dont need to share my opinion of her views, because I dont love her because of her views. I love her because the thought of her makes my heart swell. She is divine. She is my actual sister, my sibling, and as siblings do, we disagree sometimes, but always come to each other when the void of love must be filled. Anyone who has negative things to say about us, oh well. Cest la vie. And on the Ru tip... She is the supreme. I will forever be thankful and worship her crusty drag toes. Please enjoy today, you dont get it back.
