Oh ya as I was saying..I was watchin a competition neh..se before the contestants go to the stage to perform, I see them on a short prayer.and I assume each was praying for God to help them win. So there goes my very unruly philosophical mind What happens in a case like this when the contenstants or interviewees set for a competion or interview are all Christians? I mean this is the case where each one of them will pray for God to help them win or pass. Each one of them has ultimate faith on their God (in this case the same God)..what does God do? Does He favour each according to the measure of their righteousness and ability to pray? Will the one with the cleanest life and articulation of prayer win or get the job? Look I know am too much but this is a real question..who does God favour most in a competitive situation? But my own conclusion is that God favours hard work and preparation than prayer Faith is works! It is not prayer related..u get what u work for than what you pray for. Contrary to popular belief...and so in any situation in life, God will open doors for a prepared person. Even if u fast and pray in tongues, and your rival doesnot even believe in God..if in a competitive situation he is more prepared than you, believe you me he will get the job or win the competition. God is a fair God and loves everyone equally regardless of the level of our understanding of Him
