Oh yeah, I played the blues with Lisa Spera tonight on my acoustic way down here in south philly, on 2 street at a little teensey place called the shamrock. It was of course, epically fabulous and pentatonically spellbinding. Lisa totally made the crowd revel in her blues and conjured up the spirits of Big Mama Thornton and Elmore James in a super tight set that brought the house down. And yeah, Jaw dripping is my specialty, baby! So of course it was better than awesome.
