You can also simply send an email (to the sender address) authorising the Bavarian State Library to archive your Internet presence. In this case please explicitly refer to the form Archivierungs- und Nutzungsbewilligung. With your agreement you also confirm that you as the owner of the website possess all necessary rights of use. Rights of third parties must not interfere with your declaration. The agreement is based on the condition that German law applies and the court of jurisdiction is located in Munich (Germany).
