Oil-Pulling Update: So Im not consistent at all with it. But I noticed that for 1-2 weeks after oil-pulling my skin is fabulous!! Im embarrassed to say it, but I have acne issues- you would think being in my 30s I wouldnt be plagued with it, but especially since moving to Michigan, its been horrible! Well, the clearest skin Ive had since moving here is the 1-2 weeks after an oil-pulling session! Sweet! And my teeth feel so much smoother and clean. They also tink more when I tap them together- strange! Anyway, thats my update. I hope it helps any of you that have been on the fence. :)
