Oils update...as many of you know I have mono...mono is awful! I have the strangest symptoms and have been on Percocet and Ativan in really high doses at night to knock me out. Many nights even with this med cocktail I lay away in bed until 3 or 4 am. I have been nauseous everyday (I think due to being over tired) to the point of vomiting. I have not been able to eat meals without laying down right after. I was only able to stay upright for a little while because I would start to see stars. Every week there has been a day where I crash and sleep literally all day and all night...The oils arrived yesterday...I tried the diffuser right away and of course smelled them all ;) before the diffuser shut off I was already feeling less foggy and had been sitting with my kids through almost a whole movie! I was then able to feed them supper and get everyone ready for bed without laying down every couple mins as I have been doing. I even took a shower and attended a jewelry party last night! I used the diffuser again when I headed to bed and was asleep before it shut off. I still woke up a couple times but nothing like most nights. When I got up in this am I was nauseous again so used the peppermint oil and was shocked that it made me feel better right away I was able to EAT! All this to say I honestly bought into Young Living oils bc Jesus showed me this way to help out Christie Cotney Magera with her ministry. He knew I was not truly open to the idea of oils actually doing anything but I LOVE this ministry and when Jesus asks there is no other option then YES. My mono is not healed but now having almost 24 hours fog free has been so awesome! It has been months sense I have felt like this...If 24 hours helped this much I cannot wait to see what a couple weeks is like!!!!!
