Ok Flourless Double Chocolate Chip Muffins were a HUGE hit!! Even my I hate everything child was trying to steal them!!!! A+++ Im giving you my recipe after I increased amounts to have enough for my large family. 3 cups peanut or nut butter. I used 1.5 cups white chocolate peanutbutter from Peanutbutter & Co and 1.5 cups all natural peanutbutter; 6 large ripe bananas; 6 pasture raised eggs; 1.5 cups organic local honey; 1.5 cups organic dark chocolate cocoa powder; 12 tbsp ground organic HEMP seeds; 6 tsp organic pure vanilla; 3 tsp baking soda. All ingredients in my kitchen aide mixer and blend til smooth on high. Stir in 1.5 cups organic dark chocolate chips. I use a large pampered chef cookie scoop as its perfect for a muffin and scoop batter evenly into lined muffin tins. Bake at 375* for 10-12 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Let sit in pan 10 min before allowing to cool on a cooling rack.
