Ok. I am a registered democrat and I know most people want to ditch Mitch but he es incredibly supportive of our efforts over the next few years. He said if we could convince his dc staff he would consider co-sponsoring in the future. Lily was really excited after out meeting. I must say he was lovely and really seemed sincere (he said he has a special affinity for Chinese Americans and wants to arrange lily meeting Elaine ) he actually had been involved in recent adoptions issues in the Congo and helping ky families.
