Ok I am not dead (Alhamdulilah) but I think I just visited the food heaven.... Today I was honored to have food cooked by no other than Naheed Asim (executive chef of Masala TV and Recipe Consultant of Utho Jago Geo).... Naheed Baji got that Midas touch which will turn any food into heavenly. We got Yakhni Pulao and Chicken Qorma cooked by Naheed Baji today. Now Chicken Qorma is my weakness and I will go the distance to have a good one. If I was to rate this Qorma then it would be among the top two if not the first. The Yakhni Pulao....WoW factor touched a new level today. All I was missing was some Shami Kababs and I was there but nonetheless its was amazing. Peeps, take my word.....this is the REAL FOOD.
