Ok, I did take pictures....it didnt really do the brewery justice. Then I took a video and described the layout while I was walking...turns out walking, talking and shooting video is harder then it looks. So, you have now a silent video...sort of nostalgic, dont you think? In the video the mash and brew kettle are going to be located about where the scaffolding is. towards the end you will see a single chair in the near the back wall...that is where the mill room will be. Next is to have the GC into the space to start the work. Who else cant wait?
