Ok, I dont want to be negative, but Im a bit discouraged and confused. I posted 2 weeks ago that I was starting WB (for the second time) and that admittedly the first time, I didnt follow it exactly. (hard to give up my nightly ice cream). This time, to the best of my ability, I have followed faithfully. My reason for doing WB is to drop weight and also tackle my daily migraines. I weighed myself and took measurements the day I started and wasnt going to do it again for one month. Well, I gave in, and weighed and measured today. I am up one pound and dont seem to have lost any inches. Grrrr. My headaches have been a little better this past week, but I periodically go through phases where they are better anyway, so I dont know if it is WB. Also, it seems there are people here that are not necessarily WB purists and are following lchf diets and or looking an Ph levels. While there are similarities in these diets they are not absolutely the same. I am getting confused and wonder what in the world I should be following. Is anyone else out there discouraged and/or confused?
