Ok.. I feel like Im being tortured...the price on the house I want has dropped AGAIN and so freaking low! I dont really really want to move back to Arkansas...not my first choice but I feel I would be a fool to pass up on this house! My brother disagrees...lol. I had him go look at it. He admited very nice but vandals have stolen all 3 AC units... tried to bust thru 2 doors AND someone ripped the electrical breaker box out of the garage and the wires up to the ceiling but left them there (it appears they gave up and didnt take the copper wires out of the house). . The rest of the inside of the house is flawless. To build on this ridge they have a concrete block retaining wall that is fortified to hold the ridgetop up... which looks safe but I guess is kinda scary. Most of the close to 10acres is a either side of the ridge... granted... but I think he probably just doesnt want to have to come work on it with me...LOL He said no room for horses. I say no room for grazing but we feed hay and feed. So... there is room... maybe...lol. THe main road is long and dirt so the kids can ride there. I dont know what to do. I dont know what to do. I am actually really wanting this house. There is no water on the property though... which was my requirement BUT the road ends on the lake. The house is on a mountain. I would HAVE to put in a storm shelter...lol. I convert a work shop into a barn. and put in a pool. And besides not having running water (I mean like creek or river or ocean...not water in the house....it is actually on city water and 15min from the mall and YET still very rural....I would be in Heaven! Well... once the bees and wasps and any critters under the house were evacuated. Help me decide....lol
