Ok. I have let this one slide for a couple of days however, . . . the absolute calvalcade of horrifically grotesque statements in support of the recent US Supreme Court decision is simply doing my head in. Therefore . . . In short; 1. There is NO morally defensible position that includes the withdrawal of personal choice from ANYONE concerning their own body; male OR female. 2. There is NO morally defensible position that includes the right to discriminate against those who hold a different belief to oneself simply based on the power structure of your relationship. 3. If a corporation is able to genuinely hold a religious conviction then, what this is really saying is that religious convictions are simply yet another mechanism of the market economy. 4. Christianity, by its own admission, is Economic Politics by another name. 5. The US Supreme Court have just taken a big steaming shit on their own Constitution . . . on purpose . . . RIP USA, land of the free, home of the brave, we miss you already . . .
