Ok. I need 2 things from everyone. I need a show of active members, so everyone that considers themselves an active member of MITS (as in you actually care and would participate in events or pay attention to what we say), could you please put your name and student number down on this list. Secondly I need anyone who wishes to nominate for a position to note it down on this list after their name in the NOMINATED POSITION column. If you nominate you must attend the AGM or provide a written explanation as to why you cannot attend along with a written acknowledgement that you are nominating and what you are nominating for. This can be given via email to [email protected]. If you cannot make the meeting but you want to give a proxy vote to someone else then you must give that person a written and signed note saying they have control of your proxy vote. You may email the secretary and assign your proxy vote to them if you wish. The date and location for the AGM will be put to a vote via facebook polls. When the date is decided I will hopefully get Rosie to mailbomb all the IT students letting them know when the AGM will be and calling for more nominations.
