Ok..I saw Dr Thompson here yesterday at The Specialty Clinic. I really like him and his staff. Let me make it very clear..I appreciate all the opinions, and all the suggestions..please dont stop!! I chose to see a doctor in Shawnee because we cant run up and down the highway both financially and emotionally. Steve lost his Mom years ago in a hospital in OKC..so he gets stressed enough when I have to go under the knife of any kind but its worse if we are in OKC. So that being said, I am scheduled for the first eye to be done on August 18@1pm, the 2nd eye done on Sept 4@7am. I am excited about this Doctor because he is not only a Dr. but a Surgeon so theres a win-win situation. Cataract surgery has become routine nowadays so theres not a lot to worry over. besides, God doesnt want me to worry. Ill be back to my usual self in a day or so, Im catching up on much needed rest..so if Im not here..Im ok..just having a small mini vacation here at home..For some reason I dont snap back to normal like I used to! So for now....carry on!!
