Ok, I think people dont realise that after losing my fine motor - TopicsExpress

Ok, I think people dont realise that after losing my fine motor skills AND double/blurred vision after meds at night time then sewing a badge onto a sash AND Star Quest onto a gillet, takes soooo much time, effort, swear box topped up and trying to remain in control of a sewing machine, takes more effort than an average person.... But do you know, despite this crap, I have finally done it as well as washed her Brownie uniform from tonight and out to dry and spent time going through make up and nail varnish was really good fun!!!! However, hearing a childs view point of in her words mini epis or magical moments as shell just take away anything that may hurt me then went onto say, I never need to worry about having big epis as she knows what to do was a bit gut wrenching yet she said it with so much ease and Im so so proud of her for it. This is the first time Caitlyn has said anything about my epilepsy to me! So to hear her was a proud moment. Ok so shes not quite PC but this is the first time shes spoke to me and in a way epi is a step closer to her opening up fully. Tears of pride and yes a bit tinged with sadness that she should never take on such a big responsibility but her caring and loving nature means so so much to me right now. Xxx
