Ok...I will admit that I am in kind of an...I love you, man kind of mood, so temper what Im about to say with that in mind... I just subbed BodyJam for Kimberly...not feeling the best, but BodyJam 71 is such a blast, such great energy in the class. I had a member afterward say, I have been at the gym for 4 years and have never gone to a class. I hadnt met anyone up to this point, but this was so much fun! I will definitely come back! I told her that the GGX room here at Golds is very special place. This is your gym family. I honestly feel that way. We are a family. Everyone needs to check their attitude at the door and come in to support and motivate each other! So look for your newest family member Sandy!
