Ok, I would like to feel out the residence. I was having a conversation with my hubby, and with all the development going on, franchise restaurants (now thats not a negative statement) we though it would be nice to have a retro diner, open all hours, always serves breakfast, where kids hang out to stay out of trouble. Just a safe place that give you that fuzzy warm feeling and a place where you know your kids can hang out and not be chased off (unless they act inappropriately). Anyone else miss those types of spots?
