Ok Ive fricken had it with this unit ...I am dumbfounded and sickened by the quality and the lack of integrity of some of the peers in which I am surrounded with.... If there are over 50 NCOs to include 1sgs in a battalion formation and CSM screams at your soldier for falling out of a run and tells him to go kill himself twice ...and you ignore it .. Then when confronted your response is you dont think its your place to say anything because you are pretty much more concerned about your ncoer and clout. Then when the soldier reports it to ig and they question you and most of you say that you couldnt say and that you werent there! Or when you turned your head while the whole battalion and your soldiers watched him rip the cross off of a chaplain telling him he doesnt deserve to wear it, and took his wallet and took all of his money ... Or when he told soldiers to violate their profiles and have some heart... you have lost your mind...every single one of you have lost your minds. It is your duty to what is morally and ethically right and to protect your soldiers morale and welfare... And do the hard right over the easy wrong. And if these actions are ok with you than thats fine... But this is not leadership, its abuse and not what the army stands for.. And if these sick standards are what youre ok with thats fine... But not me.. I know and was raised better by real leaders and professionals. You dont tear down your soldiers constantly ... Just when you need to then You build them up and give them a purpose... Just sayin. Frickin done with these people.
