Plenty of you know that one of the top reasons why I moved to NYC was because I wanted to live in a city where I didnt have to pay car insurance or buy gas. Plenty of you have said that you wished Memphis had better public transportation. While a light rail system would be nice, a Bus Rapid Transit System would be more realistic. If SB 2243 is passed, however, NONE of that will happen.
