Ok. So i have been working at walmart for over a year now and yes, walmart does have rigirous rules to keep their profits up. But hey, low prices speak for themselves. I really have to say that what makes a store "good" or "bad" is the customers. Come into my store, put stuff where ever the hell you want to, leave baskets blocking aisles, let your kids tear up the bathroom and then blame me for not keeping the store tidy. We have a daily volume of over 15000 transactions, many of which are individuals, and only a store compliment of about 80 associates a day. Lets do math here. Let me bring the entire Cowboys football team to your house tomorrow, expect you to feed and entertain them and then do it for a week and listen to me complain about you mot having enough places to sit, or your bathroom needs cleaning, or you dont have my favorite bread. Treat a facility and its workers like dirt and you wont find gold
