Ok. So its been a couple of weeks since my last post, but the news is AWESOME! Week One- 3.3kg Down Week Two- 2kg Down Week Three-3kg Down Now remember, Im not starving myself, or denying myself, or overworkingout in a gym. Im simply not eating Sugar or Flour or much Meat. Veg, Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, Beans/Legumes, Fish, a few Grains and some Chicken and 30gm of Water per Kilo of body weight per day. Seems like a lot of water, but it comes in the form of all the nutrient rich foods I eat as well as the glasses of liquid I imbibe. Do I feel different? Some things are different, sure. My skin is getting emptier especially on my belly. I poop more easily and more often. Im not passed out most of the time because my blood sugar is TOO high. And my rash is going from where my belly chaffed. Ive decided to have a wee Partay when I hit the Double Digits! Low GI Foods Solomente, if youre thinking of coming. And Ive already created a healthy version of a Tarte Citron. I cant wait. Should be another month away. Ive also started The Planking Challenge, which is pretty easy so far, starting at 20 seconds with a gradual increase of 200 seconds over the month. This week Im stepping up my game. No Grains. Very little Dairy. See what happens. Stave off the Pesky Plateaus!
