Ok. This is gonna come off elitist but read with an open mind and heart. Here in new orleans alot of the blacks are ghetto. Well...more that a lot. Most. The problem comes in when theyre trying to share their life experiences as if its not everything every other other human on the globe is trying to avoid. So they join these fb discussions speaking of how they were raised and u wanna be polite cause u dont wanna look like a Don Lemon but there has to be a point when its obvious that Im not living my life to dodge bulleys, fist fight, and remain at the bottom level they seem so comfortable. Im not saying dont be proud of where u came from. Im just wondering why those that came from violent neighborhoods and went to low performing schools always speak as if theyre the authority on black life. And while youre calling me all the names under your breath reading this just know that Im wondering do u want better for others, or do u think that lifestyle is all we deserve. Im not looking down on anyone. Im sure this isnt coming across well but...u dont like me anyway so what am I really losing by saying it. Im not even gonna proofread this shyt. #PressingPost
