Ok. What the H??? In 1991, I was run over and nearly killed, by a UT escort van, on the entrance road to Thompson Boling Arena at UT, going to registration fo school. I could not sue the driver because he worked for the state of Tennessee. I Was issued a warrant for my arrest while in ICU, because I was considered a pedestrian on a highway within the state of Tennessee. Why are the protesters blocking I-24 not being arrested under the same law? I was on a side street with traffic control officers directing traffic for the precise reason of protecting someone like myself, crossing the street. But laying on an Interstate roadway is NOT cause for arrest? Maybe I should re-open my lawsuit agaist the state of Tennessee as a protest to the sidewalks that were in total dis-array (yes, I sill have pics of the unusable sidewalks)...
