Ok, as I headed out my front door to pull dead leaves off of the trellis(my morning routine) the landlord drove up with the painter to put final touches on the other duplex prior to new tenant arriving on the 15th.... he got out of the car to head in and what should he walk into...dog poop. he mentioned it to me and I high tailed it inside to get a bag and take care of it. what are the chances?
