Ok, been getting asked for updates on my stress test yesterday. So here it is at once for everyone. :) I did the treadmill stress test yesterday, followed with blood work. They would not let me eat after 7am. And my appointments did not begin until 2:30. Now Im used to eating small meals roughly every 2-2.5hrs. So I was starving and feeling pretty weak and shaky... Not a good way to start off a stress test! Thankfully I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes! Woo-hoo! I told the guy doing it, I was shaky and all, so he better watchout. If I had a spell I was liable to pass out. THen he said, You dont have to fast for just the treadmill test. What?!?! Then I get to Blood work, tell them the same thing and guess what they said?! You dont have to fast for this test. Seriously?!?! Grrrr.... My stress test was perfect! No heart or blood pressure issues. He said it was exactly what they wanted to see. And the blood work results will be mailed or they will call with them. Of course, I had a good day and they didnt get to see a bad spell. I dont want to have bad spells, but the Drs really need to see them for themselves so they can better understand whats going on. But it got better. When I got to my van I found a 25$ Red Lobster card laying there. The lady at the desk said they wouldnt keep that in Lost and Found. They would split and use it. So, I used myself! Love Red Lobster, but its beyond my budget. I ordered a $21 meal & one of their Fresh handmade Strawberry Lemonades. That thing was amazing!!! Never had anything like it! They had an issue in the kitchen that caused a pretty long wait. But that was fine with me. I nibbled on biscuits, sipped lemonade & worked on writing the church Christmas Program. My waiter came out & gave me a bowl of Clam Chowder since I had to wait so long. It was amazing! Then when my ticket came, He charged me only for my meal! No lemonade, soup or dessert charge!!! I know God sent that card to me. :D So that Salad, Biscuits, Soup, Crab, shrimp, scallops & dessert cost me a total of $2... That included tip! And yes, I tipped more than $2. The gift card had enough to cover most of it. But not quite enough. Then I stopped at Wal-Mart for a few items & stumbled across a few Christmas gifts for the boys. That was the best day Ive had in quite awhile! Well, there was the incident where a rather large lady tried to take my electric scooter at Wal-Mart. She said and I quote, Hey get off that and give it to me. Me, Im sorry, but I really need this today. Ill only be a few more minutes. If you want to sit on a bench up front, Ill ask a cart pusher to go out with me & bring it in to you when Im done. She laughed and then said, Them aint fo no skinny folks! You should be ashamed riding around on that when there are people that really need them! She wasnt nice about her tone either. Then she proceeded to quickly walk off... Yeah, I was irritated. She may have really needed it, but I needed it too! I thought the best solution would be to hurry & then share with her. Apparently not. :/ Really wish I knew how to respond better to people so they wouldnt get so upset with me. :P Now, if you dont like my updates or hearing whats going on with me right now, you may just need to block me. I will understand & it wont hurt my feelings. Facebook is my connection with everyone. Its much easier for me to post here for everyone that asks for updates. I dont have the minutes on my phone or the time for all the calls it would require. Nor do I feel like making phone calls very often. I know that may sound ugly, but I dont mean too be that way. I just need to use my energy for my boys & attempting to keep up with my responsibilities. Of course if you need me for anything, you are welcome to call me. If Im not asleep or caring for the boys I will answer. :)
