Ok dont laugh at me its only 140lbs but im just getting started with free weights and learning as I go. The past year ive been on a weight loss journey doing mainly cardio and dieting. I dropped 60lbs went down from a 48 workpants to 42s that are starting to fit right from a XXXL workshirt to a XXl thats fitting loose.... its been a tough journey with mistakes slight injuries and weight gains. Any recommendations for stretches for deadlifts? After a couple sets my inner/back of thigh starts to feel tender. Thanks in advance everyone!
