Ok folks question I just worked a 20 hour shift. This morning we had a crane and a truck go down. I stayed over cause I was trying to be a good company man and help out. So I stayed late I took the crane Thomas took the truck for the must part I worked by myself. why doing the repair I bit soaked with oil now the rule Is u got to have long sleeve s but mine where soaked so I pulled it off and wore my under shirt I finished Rt he repair and then Rushed to shop to help IM.helping and then I was informed that I was being written up I tried to explain that my shirt was soaked with oil and I was told that didnt matter I got mad that I was going home and I was told to go home so I clocked out I asked for a ride to the gate I was informed that there was no ride and thats the other guys could not use our service truck to take me to the gate so after working a 12 hour shift and being written up I have to walk all across the mail to get to my car so my question is I know theres rolls but should never be exceptions and should I get mad
