Ok for those of you who know me know damn well what type of person I am. Im honest and as loyal as the day is long and I am a man of my word. If you cross me my family or friends I will stand up for what is right. So here we go recently I made a bull deal with a kid by the name of Clay Taylor. The deal was to purchase two bulls and he would deliver them to me in Lasvegas. We both agreed on a price and that half the money would be paid within one week which it was. The second payment was due prior to the bulls being released into my possession . Besides verbal communication texting back and forth throughout the process was used by both partys involved. Clay Taylor had told me that he would care for the bulls and get the proper health papers in order for bulls to cross state line and assured me that it was no problem at all since he had several other animals that needed health papers too. So he would just have them all done at the same time and I agreed to cover the cost. So on November 26th prior to bulls being sent to Lasvegas I sent clay a text message stating that I would be mailing him the check for final payment on the bulls and also asked him if bulls could be penned together. He immediately responded back with ok! Yes sir then a short time later a second text was sent to me ( one of the bulls hit a panel and hurt his mouth when he was sorting them he couldnt tell how bad it was but the bull was bleeding..even after knowing the bull was hurt and possibly had a broken jaw he put that animal on a truck in Oklahoma and shipped him all the way to Las Vegas NV. I immediately responded to his text and told him if the bull was not right that I would not take him. As soon as the bull arrived in Vegas I was contacted by the person at the facility where the bulls were unloaded into holding pens. They were real concerned with the condition the hurt bull was in and thought it was bad enough to contact me with this information. The exact words that were used by the person which contacted me by phone were Wes one of these bulls has a problem that I thought you should be aware of. His bottom lip is hanging way down and his mouth is open I dont know if he tore his lip half off or broke his jaw. But it is definitely something you should know about. At that point I told him I would contact the owner of the bull and see if he could get a vet to take a look at him. I called clay and he would not answer the phone. So I text him and messaged him on Facebook as well. I told him that he needed to get a vet out there to look at the bull. He finally responded back and said that he was not willing to do that and said if he had take the bull back he would. I arrived in Lasvegas and looked at the bull his lip was hanging down and his mouth was open as if he could not close it he was slobbering quite a bit. Without having a veterinarian look at him It was a guessing game. Sure maybe he just had a hurt lip or even if it was a broken jaw it might just heal up and the bull would be fine. But I was buying a pair of bulls that were in good health and to be deliverd to me that way. I contacted clay and told him I would not be taking him. His response was OK. I then told clay that I still wanted to pay him for the health papers. He said dont worry about it. Later that evening I was approached by the person at bull housing he said that clay had called and wanted to put that bull in the nfr bull sale and they told him he would have to have a vet look at him first. he refused to do that. So if they wouldnt let him put that bull in the sale that says something right there. Then after that he decides to put him on Facebook rodeo cattle for sale site. He plays it up real good. Ha ha. Saying that the bull had a hurt lip and the guy that was supposed to buy him backed out. He then prices him 2500 over what he was gonna sell him to me for. Wow could he possibly be worth more now? So get this he gets a few comments from his friends on his post and of course there on his side which is very understandable. So clay has no intention of telling anybody what condition the bull is really in until he gets exposed by someone that has seen the bull and ask him if the bull is actually in worse condition then clay is letting on. All of a sudden now clay is willing to get a vet check on the bull and admits that the bull should be eating good in a month or so. All I ask is that you here both sides of the story before jumping to a conclusion. I have bought a lot of bulls from a lot of different people including The breeders connection Nate Morrison And many more auctions then I can count. Never once had a bounce check or a non payment. The person who runs the rodeo cattle for sale site has removed me from the group maybe once she sees or hears my side of the story that will change things. I dont ask for much but Im asking my friends to back me on this one. I do have every damn text and every message that went on between us. So clay Taylor man up and take responsibility you started this shit.
