Ok, getting this quickly in while Im at the airport. Your workout! Youre heading to the track tonight and youll be doing 800 repeats (2 laps) with a 2 min recovery. Gauge this recovery on your own. Youll be doing this for 20mins and Asita will let you know when your time is up! Youll get in anywhere between 3-6 repeats during this time. After, itll be a nice and easy jog to Nelson Park (Nelson and Bute) where Asita will lead you through a few post run stretches and Emma will talk everything nutrition! Sorry Im missing out - Ill see your beautiful faces next week!
