Ok, group, Im looking for opinions here. Porfido is a 12 year old stallion (foaled 8/17/2002) Has run so far a total of 77 times, with earnings of $755,355. He is a Multiple Graded Stakes Placed horse. He has run once a month for the last 3 months for a 7,500 tag, finishing 5th, 7th and 5th. The last race 9/13/2014 at Canterbury. For all intense and purposes from what Ive heard he is still sound. IMO isnt it time for him to come off the track and go to stud or be gelded and maybe a second career? Thoughts?
