Ok guys and dames, I have a vtr1000 fx (us import). Seemed to have a drop in power under load at high speed, happened twice and then didnt happen again. I shortened the cans for a giggle, and it may or may not be related, but the loss in power comes back at high speed, above 70-80. Feels like its bogging or starving then feels like its on one cylinder. Any help/advice would be very gratefully received. Have been told to drop/lift the needles due to shortening cans, but the power drop seems to be a separate issue.
