Ok guys & girls, here is the video of my lifts at yesterdays GPC Nationals Push/Pull. Happy to have broken the 140kg class GPC Australian Deadlift record as well as pulling off the biggest total Australia wide for the event. Pretty happy with my bench (for a strongman athlete)... this was my third time bench pressing this year.
