Ok here we go! Everyone this is my opinion. Not everyone will - TopicsExpress

Ok here we go! Everyone this is my opinion. Not everyone will agree with it if they see it, but thats the great thing about an opinion is that I can have a different one from everyone else. If I were rating it as a movie in general and not on the fact that it is a Biblical movie I would say it was just ok. The special effects are pretty cool. All of the animals entering the arch were pretty awesome. At one point I really thought I was watching Noah and the Transformers. I know, weird, right?? By the end of the movie I was wondering if it was ever going to end...... I was praying that the water would recede so that the movie would be over. No, seriously! At the VERY end it had a good part that wrapped it up. NOW on to what most of you want to know is if this movie is Biblically accurate or not. I went into it expecting them to take their own creative leave but they took it and ran. Now I wasnt offended but I do not get offended easily with things like this. At one point I was just laughing like where did the rock Transformers come from??? I had heard so much about God not being mentioned not even once. While He is referred to as the Creator most the time He is mention as God once. Noahs son says something like, My father says there are no kings because only the Creator is God or something like that. Noah is pretty much crazy on the arch. He feels God wants to let humanity die and just let the animals live. I think a lot of people will reread Noahs story after seeing it, including me. There is some interweaving of the Biblical story. If you want to just see a movie than its one thing. If you want a historical or even a close review or the story of Noah then this is definitely not a movie to use.
