Ok here we go, sorry its took so long but Isaac has only just received his charges. He is to appear in magistrates court first thing in morning for a remand hearing to Norwich to wait for a trial in crown court at a later date. Because of the seriousness of his charges magistrates cannot deal with him or sentence him as they only have the power to sentence for up to two years. One of his charges carries a minimum sentence of 4 years and upwards, the 2nd charge is not a lot better. 1st charge is: possession of a knife with intent to cause serious harm minimum 4 yrs. 2nd charge is: threating to cause harm to another person causing them to be in fear of their life, no idea on sentencing for that but possibly as bad or even worse than 1st charge. Isaac sends his love to everyone and is sorry for all the stress this is causing he also understands that he will be gone for some time, which he is having difficulty dealing with for now. Again I ask for support at this time and not negativity. I too am in a bloody mess but will try and answer what I can.
