Ok...honesty is the best!! I have got to stop getting frustrated with where I am at in this plateau because it is not helping me get out of it! I am in a funk and need to shake it off and do what I know to do. I may eat cleaner but water is just as important. Thanks Byron Stair for alway putting me in check and not allowing me to stay frustrated!! I know what to do but it is effort and will that makes me actually do it! I have to stop whinning and do what I know!! Tomorrow is a new day!!
