Ok i have a 15 year old son that last year wanted nothing to do with football. We tried to encourage him to play his first year of high school so he could decide if he wanted to keep playing. Hes played in Jr high but just chose not to last year. He has hinted around that he might want to play this year and his mom and i have tried to highly encourage him to play. We are not ever going to make him play because if we force him to he wont like the sport. He is wanting to just do baseball only which is his passion and love. I keep trying to engourage him to do football by telling him it will benefit him for baseball which it will but also because he probably would be pretty decent at football...any advice on how to get him to play....also secretly pray he decides to play it would be so good for him.
