Ok,lets finish the day by sitting some more people next to my level!: Fashion: Lets start from the beginning;my mother is a Couturier,french term that refers to the expert that dominates the exquisite art of hand sewing or Haute Couture(High Fashion) and in the moment I arrived to the world, was exercising her career in no other place than Manhattan,New York where I was born.The first notion that my father,the painter and architect Domingo Lopez de Victoria,was important and famous,was seeing the photo of a pair of earrings designed by him in Vogue magazine. Since my childhood I was always dressed fashionably in tailored and designer clothes and all my family in both sides comes from a tradition where all the men dress from tailors and the women in high fashion or couture.Since my teenage,I have been a steady client of all the most important fashion houses and fashion designers.At the age of 14 I started designing my own clothes which was executed by the tailors and seamtresses that assisted my family.Since that age many of my high society girlfriends requested that I designed dresses for them for special occasions and in all my teenage I just wanted to be surrounded by a group of the most beautiful,chic and fashion girls of the society of that moment,all dressed and styled by me. In my early twenties I modeled to most of the mayor European fashion houses and to the few that I didnt model I was client,friend,fashion assistant or intern. After finishing my Art studies in Barcelona(Llotja School) I won a grant to study fashion in the School of art and techniques of Fashion of Barcelona.Won a design contest to study Haute Couture with Marie Ruckie,now the director of the Institute Bercot of Paris.This landed me in an internship with Yves Saint Laurent and in the historic costume division of the Fabre Museum of Montpellier.Studied a year with Gianfranco Ferre in Milano and had a brief internship in the fashion house of Versace. When I finished my studies,I started working simultaneously with several fashion houses as a consultant and stylist while I was marketing my first accessory line in Barcelona and San Juan of Puerto Rico,where I had the honor of creating all the industrial patterning for a collection of legendary and fabulous designer Mili Arango.In Palma de Mallorca I designed boutique of Giorgio Pietri. On the following years I launched many collections of my own design some commercial, some very conceptual,collaborated with many fashion designers,fashion houses and brands,campaigns,photographers and magazines,dressed private and public figures like princess Stephanie de Monaco,singers Magnate and Valentino and actress,singer,dancer Nashali Enchautegui for who I created one of the most important dresses of my career,her 2005 wedding dress.That same year I realized my first fashion show of the 21 century and in 2008 I inaugurated my fashion house MI Maison de Couture.That same year I started a 2 year art and fashion collaboration with international painter,Gustavo Adolfo of Gus Art.And now in 2014 just launched my fashion brand in USA.Sincerely I never have like to be doing all this recalling and enumerations of the things that I have done and most of the time dont say anything of that,but the time has come to let know all these ignorant fashion newcomers,that they are the newcomers,not me!
