Ok, looked at the old homested today, beautiful inside but everything and i mean everything in the back yard would have to go. Its over priced, at least 20 tho of yard work, the trees have grown around the power lines and are pulling them down!, i cant believe they can sell it like that, met some neighbors , very nice but they also said the land is an eye sore. They advertise a wooded lot, it is a freeking jungle. Only way i would buy if they removed everything from the back yard and put in sod. And were did the sump pump go....where is the water going ? Sad but glad we looked at it.
