Ok my rant for the day. Today I overheard a lady in for her first personal training session and told her trainer she doesnt want to do squats because she doesnt want to get bulky and the worst thing is that her trainer didnt even correct her. Women need to get over that myth lifting heavy weights and doing squats will make them bulky. Women dont have enough testosterone to give them that bulky physique. That only happens when they decide to supplement testosterone into their system while they are training. And the personal trainer shouldve informed her in this. If women want RESULTS go big or go home. Just like in life, nothing worth while in life is easy. So work hard and work your butt off ladies! Dont be afraid! Oh and find the right nutrition plan for yourself!
