Ok, now I am going to go completely in english because it will take me too long in French and quite honestly, I have no desire to be politically correct: It is TIME, FRANCE!!!! Time to stop discussing, time to stop bullshitting, time to stop scheduling meetings and taking 20 years to make decisions that take 2 weeks!!! GOVERNMENT: STOP PAYING FOR SHIT THAT GETS NO RESULTS!!! A little bit of EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE GOES A LONG WAY!!! If you invested in more evidence based practices, Moussarron could not happen. STOP Paying the people that work on the front line peanuts... Invest in the professionals a little! Performance pay!!! EDUC SPE: get a grip! If you work in this field DEDICATE YOUR PROFESSIONAL LIFE TO ONGOING TRAINING! And if the employer doesnt pay for it, then YOU PAY FOR IT!! This is YOUR CAREER! If you work in this field, get some training, and then get some more! Just because you spent 3 years getting a piece of paper that says youre qualified, does not mean you are! If you dont make enough money.... either get a 2nd or 3rd job or GO BACK TO SCHOOL so you can make more, but stop taking your laziness and lack of ambition out on the kids... YOU ARE THE CAPTAIN OF YOUR FATE!!! PARENTS: You gotta start asking more QUESTIONS!!! Dont be afraid to make waves!!! I know some of you are dealing with some SERIOUS stuff, I know, but try to hang on.... try! Sometimes it is better to go without than to go with something HALF-ASSED!!! We are living and working in a screwed up system, but PLEASE HANG ON!!! THIS SYSTEM HAS TO CHANGE!!! How many children have to die or be abused before its enough?
