Ok.. now I am on a ranting rage!! I gave my insurance company, who we have had for 25 plus years my payment on July 3, I walked into the office and handed it to the person at the desk and leave. NOW.. they say they do not have my check,and want me to cancel payment for $25.00 per check and write them another one. This insurance company is being taken over by a new person, old person is retiring. After much haggling on the phone we have come to this agreement.. I pay for to cancel check and write another one and when the statement comes in they will reinburse me the $25.00. Now.. not only is my payment late, does this show on my credit report, anyone know, but I am not so sure I will get my $25.00 back when it comes back in. No, I did not get a receipt when I dropped it off.. I never do. I did not reconize the person behind the desk. They are kinda acting like its my fault.. NOT!! Any ideas on what is the best solution to this?
