Ok, rant time! After meeting with a great friend today and having a conversation about how well she feels the planning department and industrial development board of Sumter is doing to bring industry to our community as apposed to the surrounding Counties I left her office with a renewed sense of appreciation for our small town. Then I proceed to go to my bank where I witness a blatant disrespect for law and all the while a law officer sits on his phone oblivious to the arrogance behind him. How the hell do you drive a BMW, park in the flippin roadway, and cant work a damn ATM! Then to add the icing to the cake, this old waste of oxygen throws her trash out the bottom of her door in the parking lot! I so wish I had immunity from prosecution cause I sure would have liked to put my foot in all three of their behinds! Including the officer! This is OUR community and damnit there are those of us that love it here and would like to see it at its best. If you take an oath to protect and serve then you should expect others to respect it and do their best to keep it clean and inviting. If you live here then you should be held accountable mistreatment of our laws and environment. #bootstoasses
