Ok real talk after this one I retire. I am Whites Creek of da 90s I remember when Mrs. Beam was the best english teacher, when we only needed 1 officer (Officer Black), when Coach Smith wore jogging suits everyday (wait he still do?), when Shann Sherrell scored in the girls power puff game, when Thomas Pope had the only Triple Fat Goose coat and if you joked on his coat he would burn on you so hard your Starter would look like a Triple Phat knock off, when Vernal Cannon would ride his bike to school all the way from out south WTF?, when big Dave cheered us on even when we wouldnt cheer for ourselves, when Gary Barnes never smiled, when stealing cars and taking them to the chop shop was the hustle, when Eric Joyce caught a craps 3 times a game, when Detori Cowan had that black L.A. Kings or Raiders trench starter jacket and most guys was considered thugged out with the black on black, when Chris Ballard was the Blair Underwood of the Creek, when Monica Stone was my upperclass crush, when everybody couldnt wait to see Jessica D Peterson, Jatasha Rayford & Kim Covington (With them 2 open faced golds) run relays, when Carmen Tucker never lost a race, when I took Jihan L. Tucker to our Jr. Prom and everything was closed so went to Krystals (I saved $33) when Desmond Cambridge got at least 4 steals a game, when Stratford & Pearl guys would fight in the club Creek & Maplewood guys had all the women, when Mr. Pounds kept the Cafeteria safe, when Tika Scruggs owed the volleyball court, when Ray Jackson had the black truck on them low profile tires, when Man & Treondus & Cory & Iam C-Good skipped school to come at 3 period with the new Js on even tho Little Charlie feet was so small he always had the shoes a week before they even came out, when Jesse Jackson came to our school and stood beside Chris Stewart to get voting points, when Riley, Steve Cunningham & Ruben Reynolds sang to the whole school in the gym, when Tree WildHog would burn on people and they would be scared to burn back, when the old football players would come back to the Creek to watch ShowTime to see wasnt scared to hit!! AND LAST I REMEMBER WHEN WE HAD TRADITION & PRIDE FOR OUR SCHOOL THE STAFF & ALL US STUDENTS....................FatMac Drops the Mic.......................
