Ok so I had an exhausting day at work today. Rolled up in the driveway noticing an ATT repair tech working on the neighbors pole. Go inside an find that I have no cable, land line or internet. Neighbor says he now has good service. Tech says its 5 oclock Im out of here and I dont know why you have no service. Service agent says the best he can do is send someone out tomorrow because its after 3 and they take no new appointments after three for the same day. I tell him its not a new service call because his monkey evidently screwed up my service while fixing the neighbors. Service agent says sucks to be you but Ill knock. $10.00 off your monthly bill for your inconvenience. Frigging a-holes! I tell him ten bucks aint crap for what I pay they should provide service 24/7. Again he says sucks to be you, our guy will be out tomorrow between. 8-12:00. Oh and by the way if its not our supply line you will be charged $99.00. Gurrrrr Im not in a good mood right now.
