Ok so I have just FOUR weeks before 1st show. My legs/glutes are my weak areas (as usual). So I made a few small tweaks in my diet and am down 3lbs since last Sat (though I believe thats mostly water) and Ive tweaked my training. Hitting legs/glutes 3x/wk. 1st day thru Body Pump. 2nd day all compound movements (squats, lunges, moves that use multiple muscle groups) and 3rd day muscle isolations ( leg extensions, ham curls). Of course these days are NOT back to back. Also adding some light resistance training for 20 mins b4 each cardio session (will explain why n another post at another time) and 5 - 1 min sprint intervals before weight sessions. Lets see how this goes!
