Ok so I have not ran in a week and well, this makes me a little sad. Work and commitments have kept me away from the road. Today is training day run, but once again I will be unavailable. So, I did my own run according to the training schedule. Am I pleased with my run? Yes and no. I walked more than I ran but in the end, I did the 4 miles. I saw a post today, A mile is a mile. And that wisdom helped me get through it and move on. The other good news is this week is a rest week, so I am not too far behind. And at the end of the day, I feel pretty good.
