Ok so I know I go home to Louisiana by myself with the two boys quite often, but it is entirely different being here without Ken. For starters, I have only had to sleep 2 nights in our bed alone without him, in the past 7 years. But never have I had to parent without him or my parents for an entire week! Yikes!! I think the boys will be ready to trade me in by Friday night! However, I did manage to get all 3 of us up and to church this morning...priorities!!! So, I must say, it feels comforting to be off to a good start so far!
