Ok, so... as some of you know, I have no problem working out; my trouble comes when I try to eat healthy. With working full-time, teaching, taking care of my house and pets, and studying for my CPT, I havent made the time to feed myself in the ways that I know that I should. (Lets just say a few fast food places around here know my car/order.) Now that I passed my CPT, its time to get serious. Kenyatta Banks has been kind enough to help me on this journey, so Im going to start the Beachbody 3 Day Refresh tomorrow- no meat, Shakeology and a few other things for 3 days. (He said soda isnt allowed and I dont want to believe him, but I will play along anyways. ;) ) I probably cant have any Frappucinos either... Here goes, Day 1 is tomorrow. I am currently at 107 pounds and around 15.5% body fat (average of 9 different formulas.) My current measurements are: Neck: 11.0 Arms: 10.0 Bust: 34.0 Waist: 24.5 Hips: 34.0 Thighs: 20.0 Wish me luck! Its only 3 days- how hard can it be? Ive got a good starting place, but lets see what I can accomplish by then, yeah? I think this is the first time ever that Im going to forgo soda, coffee drinks and fast food for 3 days straight.
